Delete your account
- Open Worthwell on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review what will be removed and confirm.
This removes your account and active app data, apart from the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy.
How can we help?
Email us about your account, bank connection, tracking, privacy or billing. A person reads every email and replies within one business day. Include your app version and what happened. Never send bank credentials, passwords or full account numbers.

Worthwell connects to banks through Plaid. If a bank needs attention, open your linked accounts in Worthwell and follow the reconnect prompt. Support will never ask for your banking password.
Manage your Worthwell subscription
Apple handles App Store subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to review, change or cancel.
Make a privacy request
To access, correct or delete your information, email us from the address on your Worthwell account.
