1. Agreement and operator
By accessing GISSMI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. GISSMI is currently operated by Gowtham Subramanian as an unincorporated business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, live in the United States, and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. You may connect only accounts you are authorized to access.
3. What GISSMI provides
GISSMI organizes recurring-charge information and optional usage signals to help you review subscriptions. Scores, projections, renewal dates, detected merchants, and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. GISSMI is an informational tool—not a bank, financial adviser, credit counselor, or cancellation service. You remain responsible for verifying charges and managing subscriptions directly with their providers.
4. Connected services
Financial-account connectivity is provided through Plaid and participating institutions. Sign-in, purchases, email, and other features rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies also apply. We are not responsible for third-party availability, decisions, data accuracy, or account actions.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your device and credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access. You may not misuse the service, probe or disrupt its security, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected components, impersonate others, connect accounts without permission, or use GISSMI unlawfully.
6. Paid features
Paid subscriptions, if offered, are processed through Apple’s App Store. Price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the purchase screen and Apple’s applicable terms. Unless you cancel through your Apple account settings before renewal, an auto-renewable subscription may renew automatically.
7. Privacy and permissions
Your use of GISSMI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Screen Time, notification, financial-account, and venue permissions are optional and can be changed through the app, provider, or iOS settings. Some features will not work when required permissions are disabled.
8. Ownership and feedback
GISSMI and its software, design, branding, and content are owned by the operator or licensors and protected by law. These Terms grant a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation to you.
9. Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create security or legal risk. You may stop using GISSMI and delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GISSMI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GISSMI and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of data, missed renewals, subscription charges, or third-party conduct arising from your use of the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid GISSMI during the preceding 12 months or US$100.
12. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
